RJM Sales was founded on experience and expertise in the water-well industry. In 1983, Jim Frick and Richard “Dick” Hegerfield began a partnership in the plumbing and water supply industry as a premier manufacturer representation firm. Establishing themselves in Michigan with a portfolio of industry leaders they planted the seeds of what RJM would become over the next 40 years.
Following their mantra of “Sales Acceleration through Quality Representation”, Jim and Dick grew their agency in Michigan and the surrounding areas. Dick retired in the mid-90’s and Jim went on to pilot the agency solo until 2006, when he entered into a partnership with Brad White, adding an extensive knowledge of products and network of distributors in the midwestern water well market. The product portfolio expanded and business continued to grow as Jim and Brad worked hand in hand to partner with top tier manufacturing and distribution to create a responsive, knowledgeable team committed to the mantra the agency still uses today.
In 2011, as Jim began plans for retirement, RJM brought on Taylor White as an additional sales arm and expanded it’s product offerings and expertise into the municipal waterworks market and in 2014 were able to add footholds in Illinois and Wisconsin within their midwestern territories.
2023 beget the next evolution of RJM’s team when Brad and Taylor added Stephen Zisk to the fold in order to increase their personal touch and team knowledge. Stephen entered the agency after a 10 year career in the water well screen industry and immediately made an impact with his knowledge in the well water industry as well as his commitment to personal meaningful relationships with manufacturing, distribution, and end-users across the territory that RJM serves.
